The "By Humans" label will be granted to elements of written production, text composition, and reports, regardless of their length, provided it can be proven that systems such as ChatGPT, GPT-3, GPT-4, Bing Chat, and, in general, extensive language models (LMM) or generative text AI have not been employed.

In addition to our human specialists, who will seek logical and emotional connections in the text, analyze writing style, and grasp nuances of personal experience, we will use programs that detect the use of AI, such as Writer, CheckGPT, and Copyleaks. These programs also enable us to identify AI-generated content that has been plagiarized or paraphrased. This approach allows us to prevent potential copyright infringement as well.

Translations

By using "By Humans" label you can accredit your translations and interpretations into other languages, whether for advertising campaigns, writing opinion articles, scripts, books, magazines, or storyboards, in both digital and physical formats. This accreditation is granted provided it can be proven that you have not used an automatic translation program or relied on artificial intelligence to provide or enhance translations, nor for automatic subtitling.

Audiovisual Production

You can request and obtain the "By Humans" label for your visual and/or audiovisual productions, as long as you do not use Artificial Intelligence systems for image capture and processing, voice recognition, automation of content indexing, video editing, creation of visual effects, and any other type of element implemented by an AI.

Illustrations & Graphic Design

The "By Humans" label allows you to credit your illustrations and graphic designs if you have not used AIs such as Wombo, Chimera Painter, Midjourney, DALL-E 2, Stable Diffusion, or any other generative model for images and illustrations, whether it is reproduced in a digital or physical form.

Feel free to use everyday digital drawing resources as long as you have crafted it with good old-fashioned tools like digital pens, graphic tablets, or your trusty smartphone – no worries, it's all human, no AI mischief!

Musical production

Highlight and accredit your musical compositions, instrumental practice, or any sonic parameter generation, as long as you have not used any type of Artificial Intelligence in any phase, from creation to consumption by the audience.

Our human experts will meticulously verify that in the digital music production, no systems like AIVA, Amper Music, Infinite Album, Never Before Heard Sounds, Jukebox, Chameleon, Pitch Studio, and, in general, no sound-generating AI systems have been employed. By the way, let's make it clear! The mere use of virtual instruments, samples, synthesizers, or routine sound editing and mastering tools are not considered Artificial Intelligence.

Architectural Design

The "By Humans" label allows you to accredit your architectural designs and their interpretation, as long as you have not used Artificial Intelligence models, such as BIM modeling, AI Render, parametric architecture, iterative design methods performed by AI, and generative designs in general.

We want to clarify that the mere design of 3D models, rendering, and other routine software tools for building design should not necessarily imply the use of AI. These are generally just digital aids to the creative work of the architect or engineer. Our humans will analyze each case based on the circumstances.

Technical Drawings

The "By Humans" label will be granted to production and interpretation of technical drawings and plans, provided that no models like Werk24, or any advanced machine learning models or AI algorithms have been used.

This applies to reading and extracting information and measurements from technical drawings, as well as creating and designing them, from the prototype to the final result.

Computer code

You can obtain the «By Humans» label for writing and designing computer code as long as you have not used AI systems like AlphaCode, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot for software writing, programming, and code editing. Essentially, any task that could have been performed by a human programmer, developer, or software engineer.

To verify whether the code was written by humans, by AI, or if it is even a modified and plagiarized source code, we use tools like Copyleaks and have a team of specialists who analyze subjective elements such as the choice of programming language, consistency in style, and the purpose of the code. This way we make sure it's all about your approach, your language, and your genius.

Human Resources

The "By Humans" label will be granted to your human resources management if you have not utilized Artificial Intelligence for tasks such as candidate profile filtering, using chatbots for interaction and interview scheduling, assessing technical and personality skills of candidates through AIs like Pymetrics or Harver, candidate selection, social media analysis, coaching bots, improving employee productivity, detecting burnout with AIs like Sapience Vue, or fostering gamification and collaboration among employees with AIs like Engage Rocket.

In general, we will meticulously audit to ensure no Artificial Intelligence was employed at any stage of Human Resources management – from the search and recruitment to candidate onboarding, training, and daily or eventual dismissal management.
